Map of the Bassin d'Arcachon

In the last post Goodbye March there a couple of photos that let you see how narrow the penninsula is. For those of you who are curious, here is an excellent map of the bassin (which happens to be on the guest bedroom wall). Our penninsula is on the left edge of the map. The lighthouse in Cap Ferret is down at the end. Lege Cap Ferret is located at uppermost northern point of the bassin, technically where the penninsula could be said to begin.
